Arovella Therapeutics Ltd is engaged in the development of its invariant Natural Killer T (iNKT) cell platform for the treatment of cancer. Its invariant Natural Killer T (iNKT) cell therapy platform is being developed as a next-generation, allogeneic off-the-shelf cell therapy platform with potential applications across blood cancers, solid tumours and selected autoimmune diseases. Its product, ALA-101, is a CD19-directed CAR-iNKT cell therapy for relapsed or refractory CD19- positive blood cancers. Arovella is expanding the platform into solid tumours through ALA-105, its CLDN18.2-targeting CAR-iNKT program for gastric and pancreatic cancers, and through incorporation of IL-12-TM armouring technology designed to enhance CARiNKT cell activity and durability.
