The company's key objective is to provide unitholders with regular and stable distributions, sustainable long term Unit price and distributable income and capital growth while maintaining an appropriate capital structure. Some of its properties include AEON Mall Kinta City, KIPMall Kota Tinggi, and Other. The geographical segments of the company includes the Southern region, Northern Region, and Central region. The company generates maximum revenue from the Southern region segment.
