It is principally engaged in the business of design, supply, installation and maintenance of air-conditioners, cooling and mechanical ventilation systems. The operating segments of the company are, the Products and Installation segment which relates to contracting of engineering works, cooling towers, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, the Servicing and Maintenance segment which relates to servicing and repairing of air-conditioners, cooling towers and other cooling equipment, the Rental segment which relates to the leasing of factory and office space and Property Development segment. The group operates in Singapore and generates majority of the revenue from the products and installation segment.
